Exhibition Opening at University of St. Joseph - The Art Museum invites you to the opening of two new exhibitions

by Nancy Sasso Janis

The Art Museum invites you to celebrate the opening of its new Spring exhibitions at a reception on Friday, March 25. Stop in anytime between 5-7:30 p.m. for light refreshments and a first look at Feminine Mysteries: Four Works by Ann McCoy (March 25-May 28), an exhibition that reflects the artist's longstanding use of alchemical symbolism and Jungian psychology to address universal themes, such as self-knowledge and spiritual transformation.

Also on view will be Embracing our Environment (March 25-May 28), which explores human interactions with nature and is part of campus-wide programming inspired by the bicentennial of Frederick Law Olmsted's birth. The reception is free and open to the public and admission to the Museum is always free. For more information call 860.231.5399 or email artmuseum@usj.edu. For updated information on the Art Museum's covid protocols, visit www.usj.edu/artmuseum.
